Refund & Return Policy

To protect your rights, please read the refund regulations for each product category and the instructions for the return of benefit quotas carefully before applying for a refund. The product categories sold on the Corporate Benefits Portal include "E-tickets (QR Code)" and "Tour Packages."

Refund Logic for Benefit Quotas and Paid Amounts

This project utilizes a dual payment system of "Benefit Quotas" and "Credit Cards." Refunds will be processed in the following order:

  1. Priority to Credit Card Refunds: If the order includes a self-paid balance, the refund amount will first be credited back to the original credit card used for the transaction.
  2. Return of Benefit Quotas: Any remaining refund balance will be returned to the "Coupons" in your member account.
  3. No Extension of Validity: Returned benefit quotas must be used before the project’s expiration date (December 15, 2026). Expired quotas will automatically become invalid, and no extensions will be granted due to return/refund actions.
  4. Allowance Processing: By agreeing to a refund, you agree to allow the payment agent (Fontrip Technology) to handle electronic invoices and sales return certificates on your behalf to expedite the refund process.
