• This plan must be used within one year of purchase. All items must be completed within 14 days starting from the day the first item is used.
  [Example] If purchased on 2026/7/1, you must use the first item by 2027/7/1. If you start using it on 2026/7/1, all remaining items must be used by 2026/7/14.

• Expired tickets will automatically become invalid. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted. Please use them within the validity period.

• Please check the operating hours of the merchants/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a specific period, please visit during other regular business hours within the validity period.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity for safety reasons. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate event details.

• This ticket is an Adult Ticket. For other ticket types, please purchase them on-site. To purchase discounted tickets, please present relevant supporting documents at the time of purchase and entry.
• Eligibility for other Juming Museum ticket types is as follows:

• Please do not touch any artworks or pedestals unless specifically marked otherwise.
• Guests are prohibited from standing on artwork pedestals.
• In indoor galleries, please do not cross the gray viewing lines on the floor.
• The use of flash, tripods, or selfie sticks is prohibited for photography and videography in indoor galleries.
• Please refrain from shouting, running, jumping, or activities such as kite flying, inline skating, or ball games during your visit.
• Outdoor plants are for viewing only. Please do not touch or consume them to avoid allergic reactions or poisoning.
• Cooking is prohibited throughout the museum; eating and drinking are prohibited in indoor galleries.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum, except in designated smoking areas.
• Chewing betel nut is prohibited throughout the museum.
• Pets are prohibited in the museum (except for guide dogs). The Service Center provides a free pet room for guests to use.
• For documentation and educational promotion purposes, the museum may take photographs or videos during activities. If you do not consent to your image being recorded or used, please inform our staff.
