︱Zhiben National Forest Recreation Area Ticket

Consumers who purchase an E-ticket for the Forest Recreation Area enjoy a unified discounted rate regardless of weekdays or weekends.

  4. Indigenous people registered in Beinan Township, Zhiben Village, or Jianhe Village of Taitung City (with status proof). Documents include:
    • ID card for those who have restored their traditional names.
    • Household registration certificate or transcript (copy) for those who haven't restored traditional names.
    • Other documents verifying indigenous status.

Zhiben National Forest Recreation Area is located in Beinan Township, Taitung, with an altitude ranging from 110 to 650 meters. The climate is warm and humid throughout the year. The park features a wide variety of flora and fauna, with highlights including evergreen broad-leaved secondary forests, century-old giant white banyan trees, Taiwan Butterfly Orchids, century-old sour vines, the Zhiben River, waterfalls, a medicinal herb garden, and a suspension bridge.

The park features the "Herbarium of Zhiben," a garden spanning over 1,000 square meters. It is home to more than 50 species of aromatic herbs, such as the toothache plant with its golden button flowers and the fragrant marigold. It is a place where visitors can find relaxation for both body and soul.

Surrounded by mountains on three sides and separated from the bustling hotel district by the Zhiben River, the recreation area is an ideal spot for hiking, trekking, bird watching, butterfly watching, academic research, and forest bathing. It is a popular weekend getaway near Taitung City.

  • Please proceed to the Zhiben National Forest Recreation Area Ticket Office and have your QR code scanned by staff for admission.

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

【Special Notes for Corporate Employee Benefit Projects】

  • This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redemption stores/facilities/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a certain period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

 【Zhiben National Forest Recreation Area - Special Notes】

  • For safety reasons, the park will follow the "Regulations on the Suspension of Office Work and Classes Because of Natural Disasters." The park will be closed during times when the local government announces the suspension of work and classes. Additionally, the park or specific areas may be closed based on actual operating conditions as determined by the Forestry Bureau and management authorities. Please check the official website before your departure.
