| Boat Schedule Information (Approx. 70 minutes round trip; please allocate seating at the ticket counter after ticket exchange)

➤Taijiang Route Operating Hours:
  Weekdays 15:10; Holidays 10:30, 13:20, 15:10. The entire round trip takes approximately 70 minutes; actual departure times are subject to the number of groups and individual passengers on the day.

 

  • This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no physical ticket will be sent separately. Please proceed to the redemption station to exchange the QR Code for a paper ticket.

  • Please note that once the ticket is printed by the exchange machine, it is valid for same-day use only and is non-refundable. Please be mindful of the actual boarding time.

  • Please note that the Sicao Green Tunnel boat ticket and the Taijiang Sightseeing boat ticket cannot be exchanged or used interchangeably after purchase.

【Taijiang Sightseeing Boat】

  • ➤Taijiang Route Operating Hours:
      Weekdays 15:10; Holidays 10:30, 13:20, 15:10. The entire round trip takes approximately 70 minutes; actual departure times are subject to the number of groups and individual passengers on the day.

  • Please proceed to the designated cooperative redemption station, self-scan the QR Code electronic ticket using the self-service ticketing machine to exchange for a paper ticket, allocate your seat at the ticket counter, and then present the paper ticket at the Waiting Room for boarding.
  • It is mandatory to complete the ticket exchange procedure and confirm the paper ticket has been received. Please proceed to the ticket counter to allocate your seat, and the on-site staff will arrange the boat schedule. (You will not be able to board without completing seat allocation).
  • The purchased ticket is valid for the Taijiang Sightseeing boat trip. Once exchanged, the paper ticket must be used on the same day.

          Example: If the ticket exchange date is 2025/8/31, the validity period is until 2025/8/31.

  • Crowds are expected on weekends and during the Chinese New Year holidays, making boats likely to be full. It is recommended to exchange tickets and wait in line early.
  • A 10% processing fee will be charged for refunds due to force majeure (such as typhoons or natural disasters).
  • Each electronic ticket is limited to one person per ticket.
  • Please keep your ticket safe. Once printed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

【Special Notes for Corporate Employee Benefit Projects】

  • This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redemption stores/facilities/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a certain period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

【 Sicao Green Tunnel Tickets 】

  • Groups (30 people or more) must make a reservation in advance to facilitate boat scheduling.
  • Due to total capacity control measures, please aim to arrive before 3:30 PM to ensure boat availability.
  • According to National Park regulations, pets are strictly prohibited on board. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to pet owners.
  • Sicao Dazhong Temple Ticket Information:
    • Child Tickets are applicable to elementary school students (please present valid identification).
    • Black-faced Spoonbill Tickets (Special Discount) are available for children aged 0–6 and seniors aged 80 and above.
    • Holders of a Disability Manual (Concession Ticket) are entitled to one accompanying person at the same discounted rate.
