Located in Zhuolan, Miaoli, Flower Home is renowned for its floral fields, castle-themed lodging, natural essential oils, and exquisite dining.
With a new medicinal herb garden and Essential Oil Museum, it is one of Taiwan's most historic and popular leisure farms for global tourists.

The signature "Flower-cream" is made with edible roses and naturally colored with dragon fruit and gardenia.
Free from chemical flavors and water, it is crafted entirely with fresh milk for an exceptionally smooth and dense texture.

<Ticket Type>

  • This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  • After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  • Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

<Entry Instructions>

  • Please present your QR code at the <Blue Ticket Booth>. After the staff scans it, you will receive one "Flower-cream Voucher (paper ticket)" for park entry.
  • Hydrangea Ice Cream
    • After entering the park, please redeem your voucher at the <Rose Bar>. This voucher cannot be exchanged for other meals or essential oils.

  • Please ensure you enter the park before 16:00 on Tuesdays. Due to limited daily supplies, ice cream redemption may not be available if you enter after 16:00. Please plan your visit accordingly.
  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

【Special Notes for Corporate Employee Benefit Projects】

  • This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redemption stores/facilities/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a certain period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

    • Hydrangea ice cream is freshly made on-site daily. During busy holidays, please be patient as the machine may need time to reset and freeze more ice cream.
