►Green Tunnel Operating Hours:
8:00~16:00, the entire round trip takes approximately 30 minutes. The boat departs when there are 30 passengers, or after a maximum 30-minute waiting time.

• This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no physical ticket will be sent separately. Please proceed to the redemption station to exchange the QR Code for a paper ticket.

• Please note that once the ticket is printed by the exchange machine, it is valid for same-day use only and is non-refundable. Please be mindful of the actual boarding time.

• Please note that the Sicao Green Tunnel boat ticket and the Taijiang Sightseeing boat ticket cannot be exchanged or used interchangeably after purchase.

• After payment is complete, please check your email for the [Payment Successful Notification]. Use the attached QR Code for verification; alternatively, you can access the QR Code in [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → Click [View] for verification.

• Location: No. 360, Dazhong Rd., Annan Dist., Tainan City

• Please proceed to the designated cooperative redemption station, self-scan the QR Code electronic ticket using the self-service ticketing machine to exchange for a paper ticket, and then present the paper ticket at the Waiting Room for boarding.

• It is mandatory to complete the ticket exchange procedure and confirm the paper ticket has been received before boarding. Seat assignment is not provided; please queue for boarding at the Waiting Room.

• The purchased ticket is valid for the Sicao Green Tunnel boat trip. Once exchanged, the paper ticket must be used on the same day.

          Example: If the ticket exchange date is 2025/8/31, the validity period is until 2025/8/31.

• Crowds are expected on weekends and during the Chinese New Year holidays, making boats likely to be full. It is recommended to exchange tickets and wait in line early.

• A 10% processing fee will be charged for refunds due to force majeure (such as typhoons or natural disasters).

• Each electronic ticket is limited to one person per ticket.

• Please keep your ticket safe. Once printed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
