Wild Forest Animal School uses animals as teachers and the forest as a classroom. It focuses on interactive, close-proximity education centered around gentle observation. The park is divided into multiple animal zones developed with a low-density approach to ensure an animal-friendly environment. Unlike the traditional zoo model of observing from afar, "Wild Forest Animal School" is a natural ecological environment emphasizing "life education" and "intimate interaction." There are no cold iron cages here; instead, you'll find open greenery and simulated natural habitats.
You will become a newly enrolled student, led by professional zookeepers, to experience zero-distance contact with adorable capybaras, gentle alpacas, and a variety of energetic little animals.

Through hands-on feeding, close observation, and petting experiences, children can learn to respect life and care for animals while having fun. Meanwhile, adults can be healed by the pure gazes of the animals amidst their busy lives. This is a forest class with no textbooks, only laughter, making it perfect for the whole family to enroll together and rediscover a long-lost intimate connection with nature.

【Fox Valley】

Red foxes and white foxes shuttle through the valley, creating a natural and comfortable environment. Visitors can enjoy up-close interactive experiences and find fun facts about foxes scattered all over Fox Valley.

<Ticket Type>

  • This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  • After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  • Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

<Entry Instructions>

  • Please proceed to the < Park Entrance > and present your QR code. After the staff scans it and provides your physical admission ticket, you may enter.
    • After entering the park, you may queue to collect a numbered ticket for interactive experience reservations (limited daily availability).

  • Starting from April, our regular day off will be changed to: Closed every Wednesday. We will resume normal business operations on Tuesdays.

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

【Special Notes for Corporate Employee Benefit Projects】

  • This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redemption stores/facilities/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a certain period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
