|Taiwan’s Only Fossil Museum: Zuojhen Fossil Park
Zuojhen Fossil Park boasts an extensive collection of both marine and land fossils, including mammoths, saber-toothed elephants, ancient deer, crocodiles, and shellfish. A key highlight is the massive amount of land vertebrate fossils unearthed here. Along with the "Zuojhen Man" skull fragments and the restored skeleton of the Hayasaka Rhinoceros, this park is an irreplaceable treasure trove of fossils in Taiwan. Located in Tainan, the Nanying Planetarium was built using the "Moon" as a symbolic architectural theme to match its unique local environment. The museum uses high-tech Virtual Reality (VR) to take visitors on a journey into the mysteries of the cosmos!
Each floor features different astronomical themes, starting from the origins of life on Earth to the exploration of the Solar System, the history of astronomy, and the search for alien life.


"Discovering Life on Earth" introduces the change of seasons and the constellations of the starry sky.

"The Solar System" lets you learn about the eight planets and provides a hands-on experience with the Coriolis effect.
