Hsinchu ☀ Siom Forest
A Fairytale Manor Bathed in the Woods

Located in Qionglin, Hsinchu, Siom Forest features vast grasslands, a white chapel, and a scenic Bald Cypress avenue. It’s the perfect place to stroll along forest hills, enjoy a coffee, and let the kids run free for a relaxing afternoon.

The park offers a variety of dining options, including steak, pizza, salads, and hearty stews (beef or seafood) served with bread. For lighter bites, you can find desserts, cakes, waffles, coffee, and tea at "Siom Cafe" and "Siom Restaurant."

★ This ticket includes one weekday adult admission to Siom Forest and includes a $100 credit applicable toward a single purchase within the park.

Siom Restaurant uses premium imported European brands and fresh, local Taiwanese ingredients to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality, freshly prepared dishes.

Siom Forest also offers stylish picnic sets, along with a takeaway area and a waffle house for light snacks and drinks. Enjoy a leisurely picnic on the large lawn—a great way for families to bond and for children to fall in love with nature.

<Ticket Type>

  • This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  • After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  • Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

<Entry Instructions>

  • Please present your QR code at the <Ticket Booth>. Staff will scan it and provide a physical ticket for admission.

｜Siom Forest (The Green Symphony)

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

【Special Notes for Corporate Employee Benefit Projects】

  • This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redemption stores/facilities/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a certain period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
