• When purchasing Student, Child, or Concession tickets, please bring relevant identification for verification before entry. Those unable to provide valid ID must re-purchase tickets at the Adult price. Once eligible ticket holders have entered, no partial refunds or price difference adjustments can be requested.

  • Student Ticket: Original valid Student ID (graduates should provide a formal admission notice or registration form for the current year along with an ID card).
  • Child and Concession Ticket: Disability Certificate, Maternal Health Booklet, National ID card, or other government-issued identification with a photo, ID number, and date of birth sufficient to prove identity.
• Visitor Guidelines:
  • To maintain the quality of the visit and ensure biological safety, please follow the precautions below and cooperate with our staff's guidance.
  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Pets are prohibited (excluding service dogs).
  • Use of flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited.
  • Tapping on or climbing display windows is prohibited.
  • Shouting or use of megaphones is prohibited.
  • Feeding the animals is prohibited.
  • If any other matters are judged by the museum to affect order or biological safety, the museum may advise, restrain, or refuse entry.
  • In the event of renovation, construction, or major special accidents, the museum may suspend access to certain areas as needed.
  • Some exhibition areas and activities require additional fees. Please refer to the official website or ask on-site staff for details.
  • To respect natural biological habits, certain areas are not open at all times. Please refer to on-site announcements.
