• Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
• Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
  • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
  • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

• This product is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired and unredeemed tickets will automatically become invalid, and no exchange or refund will be accepted. Please ensure you use the ticket within the validity period to protect your rights.

• Please check the operating hours of the merchants/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a specific period, please visit during other regular business hours within the validity period.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity for safety reasons. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate event details.

 【Taipei Zoo - Special Important Notes】

• Eligibility for Concession Tickets (Domestic/International):
  • Children aged 6-11 (applicable to all nationalities).
  • Current students with a valid Student ID or ISIC International Student Identity Card (excluding short-term studies such as community colleges, language centers, or credit classes).
  • Members of Civil Defense, Volunteer Police, Volunteer Traffic Police, Volunteer Firefighters, Neighborhood Watch, Mountain Volunteer Police, Disaster Prevention Groups, and Disaster Prevention Volunteer Organizations holding a "Volunteer Service Honor Card" (Half-price).
  • Others eligible for concessions as announced by the Zoo (please refer to on-site announcements).
  • Those eligible for discounts must proactively present valid identification upon entry. No discounts will be given without proper documentation! 
• Opening Hours
  • Park Trails: 9:00 - 17:00 (Last entry at 16:00).
  • Animal Exhibits: 9:00 - 16:30.
  • Taipei Zoo is closed on Lunar New Year's Eve and in late June. It is recommended to check the official website before departure: https://www.zoo.gov.taipei/
• Park Regulations
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the park (effective July 11, 2009; violators may be fined up to NT$10,000).
  • Pets and inflatable balloons are prohibited.
  • Bicycles, toddler tricycles, skateboards, and inline skates are prohibited.
  • Crossing fences into animal exhibits is strictly prohibited.
  • Entering operational areas and shuttle train lanes is prohibited.
  • Feeding animals is strictly prohibited.
  • Eating and drinking are prohibited in all indoor exhibit halls.
  • Do not feed animals, endanger animal rights, or obstruct animal conservation.
  • Do not engage in behavior that affects the rights or visit quality of other guests.
• Taipei Zoo is an environment combined with natural landscapes and serves as a habitat for many wild animals and insects. Wearing breathable long-sleeved shirts and long pants is recommended!
• Light walking shoes are recommended. To prevent sun exposure and insect bites, please bring your own mosquito repellent.
• The use of flash photography is prohibited in indoor halls such as the Giant Panda House (Xinguang Special Exhibit House), Koala House, Amphibian and Reptile House, and Conservation Corridor.
